Leander is only seconds from Cedar Park; which places it approximately 24 miles from downtown Austin.
Leander has the country feel, yet, only minutes to restaurants and the grocery store. Easy access to the Round Rock Mall, fine dining and horse back riding.
While in Leander or Cedar Park you need to stop and visit Hayashi Sushi for a raw experience. The food is very good and the service is wonderful! They are located on 1335 East Whitestone in Cedar Park. There are also a couple of good Mexican restaurants in the same area that are very reasonable.
