Belterra is a master planned community approximately 6 miles passed the “Y” in Oak Hill off of Hwy. 290 West. The entry into Belterra is breath-taking because of all the natural beauty that was left untouched while developing the community. As soon as you drive in you see massive homes on hills (price range from $200,00 – $600,000) and lots and lots of open land to jog or walk your dog. Belterra has an Austin address, but actually sits on the edge of Dripping Springs, only minutes from Southwest Austin. The drive to and from Belterra is peaceful. There are a lot of hills and farmland to see. One definitely feels the difference of leaving the busy city to a calmer, slower paced area.
