Westcreek is an established neighborhood that was built in early 1980’s. The yards are huge compared to what houses have today. Most yards have appx .187 on average and more for the lot size. While driving into the community you will see lots of trees. The homes range from 199,000 to 250,000 based on homes that have sold in 2010.
Although, Home Owners Association is voluntary, neighbors keep their yards up. The community is very friendly and once a year neighbors meet and at house on the block for a block party.
Children in Westcreek walk or ride to “Exemplary” Patton Elementary, or to Clint Small Middle School. My kids went to these schools. The teachers are wonderful! They really care about our children and will inform you of issues when they arise, if you asked to be informed and work with them.
Westcreek is located off of William Cannon and Brush Country with easy access to Mopac and Hwy 71; which takes you to I35. AMD, Freescale, and Intel are major employers and are only a few miles away from this home.
I use to live in Westcreek. I love the community because I was only minutes away from two grocery stores, HEB or seconds away from Randalls. I could shop at Brodie Shopping Mall, Barton Creek Mall, Costco’s or Sam’s. There are so many possitives to living in this subdivision.
